Canceling a one-time order

For purchases made on edenikabotanicals.com, you may request cancellation of eligible items until fulfillment. Sign in to your account and open the order, or contact our team promptly if the request option is unavailable.

Requests are reviewed. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel the order, stop fulfillment or issue a refund.

Subscription availability

New subscription purchases are not currently available. One-time purchases remain available for eligible in-stock products.

Recurring purchase terms

When a subscription purchase option is offered, review the selected product, quantity, price, delivery frequency and recurring billing information before checkout. A subscription authorizes recurring charges according to the terms shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown with the order.

Any savings depend on the selected delivery option. Do not assume the same discount applies to every frequency or that other discounts can be combined.

Managing an existing subscription

If you have an existing subscription, sign in using the email used for that purchase and open Subscriptions in your account. Check the available controls or contact our team for assistance. Complete changes before the next scheduled charge.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders once cancellation is completed; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged. Returning or canceling one order does not cancel future subscription deliveries.
